How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $50. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t suit my skin?

We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is at least 50% full.

Are Medik8 products safe to use during pregnancy?

While many of our products are safe, we recommend avoiding high-strength Vitamin A (Retinoids) during pregnancy. We suggest switching to Bakuchiol Peptides, our plant-based, pregnancy-safe alternative to Vitamin A.
